Flexible Covid-19 Terms Summary:
If the official message from your country of departure by national Governments is to:
‘Avoid all non-essential travel to [your destination]' or ‘Do not travel for any reason' between 21-60 days prior to your trip start date, you will be offered a refund or a chance to postpone your tour at no extra cost.
If a travel ban is introduced within 7 days of your trip, Covid-19 minimum charges may apply to cover any costs incurred by the company (e.g. non-refundable services, tickets already issued, etc.). These costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on the tour and destination.
Deposits are non-refundable if tours are canceled by clients at a time Covid-19 travel restrictions have been lifted and your tour can be operated as planned.
